1 WHENEVER FILLING DATA FOR BUILDING AND FLOOR DETAILS, ALWAYS MENTION SUB CATEGORY AND ITS VALUE DATA SHOULD BE ALWAYS FILLED -
2 ALWAYS MARK ROAD WIDING INSIDE PLOT BOUNDARY DONT MARK ROAD WIDEING OUTSIDE PLOT BOUNDARY -
3 LIFT SHOULD ALWAYS BE MARKED IN SINGLE FLOOR, PERFERABLY ON GROUND OR STILT FLOOR AND ON REST FLOORS MARK LIFTWELL DONT MARK LIFT ON ALL FLOORS -
4 ALWAYS CHECK WHETHER FSI P-LINE IS IN BLOCK OR NOT IF FSI P-LINE IS EXPLODED, THEN DONT GENERATED FILE. REMARK FSI P-LINE AND THEN GENERATE IT. -
5 DUCTS, VOIDS, VENTILATION SHAFTS SHOULD BE ALWAYS MARKED INSIDE FSI P-LINE. DON'T MARK VOIDS, DUCTS, VENTILATION SHAFTS OUTSIDE FSI P-LINE. -
6 WHILE MARKING INTERNAL ROAD IN LAYOUT SERVICE, ALWAYS MENTION WITH PROPER DATA. EG. ROAD WIDTH, NUMBER OF ROAD IN CASE OF MULTIPLE ROADS. INTERNAL ROAD DATA IN LAYOUT SERVICE SHOULD BE GIVEN PROPERLY -
7 FLOOR HEIGHT NIL MESSAGE POP UP COMES WHEN BUILDING IN PLOT IS NOT THERE. SO KINDLY MARK BUILDING IN PLOT. WITHOUT BUILDING IN PLOT, FILE WON'T GENERATE. -
8 FOR AMALGAMATION SERVICE, USE MARK LAND TOOL TO MARK MORE THAN 2 PLOTS OR LAND AND ONCE DONE USE MARK AMALGAMATION TOOL. DON'T USE MARK PLOT FOR LAYOUT BOUNDARY
9 FOR LAYOUT SERVICES, ALWAYS MARK ROAD WIDENING IN MARKED LAND OR PLOT DON'T MARK ROAD WIDEING OUTSIDE LAND OR PLOT -
10 ALWAYS FILL BUILDING DATA, FLOOR DATA CORRECTLY OTHERWISE THERE IS NO ROW AT POISTION 0 MESSAGE POP UPS. DON'T LEAVE DATA UNFILLED -
11 MARK SEPERATE EDUCATIONAL/ INSTITUTIONAL FSI IN CASE OF OF EDUCATIONAL/INSTITUTIONAL OCCUPANCY DON'T MARK COMMERCIAL FSI FOR EDUCATIONAL/ INSTITUTIONAL OCCUPANCY -
12 IN CASE EXPANSION JOINT IS AVAILABLE BETWEEN BUILDINGS, MARK IT IN PLOT DON'T MARK EXPANSION JOINT IN BUILDING OR FLOOR BOUNDARY -
13 MARK RECREATIONAL FSI LAYER IN RECREATIONAL OPEN SPACE OR RECREATIONAL FLOOR DON'T MARK IT OUTSIDE -
14 While marking Balcony/Enclosed balcony,it should overlap with carpet and FSI layer. It should overlap -
15 For more than 4 years Revised Building permission.While doing service data entry of building permission it is mandatory to select plinth/renewal permission. Without plinth checked don't do service data entry -
