Payment Issue

1. How Premium payment calculation done?

According to UDCPR there are 3 condition they are: Condition 1 (a): Building Height Below 70m. Condition 1 (b):Building Height equals to 70.00m and above. Condition 2 : Technical Person pays 20% of the principal amount. Detail explanation is in the the video.
2. How Authority can verify post payment?

After login to the mahavastu portal then you can check for post payment verification tab in transaction. Here you can verify the post payment but you can verify till the proposal got approved after that you can not verify the same.
3. For state-level registration I have paid registration fees and uploaded GRAS challan but Certificate not showing in my log-in.

After uploading GRAS Challan for verification, it takes 48 hours to generate bank scroll and after defacement of challan, authority will verify and after 72hrs digitally signed certificate will be seen in applicant login.
